Let me start by saying - WAY TO GO HORNETS!!! Stop & smell the good news because the bad news is taking over our attitudes - ya know what I mean? Let’s face it, for the most part -the news just sucks & is depressing! But, if you are like me - you are somewhat addicted to knowing what is going on in your surroundings (my name is Greta and I have a news addiction problem). Dix Hills, NY - Dr. Harvey Finkelstein, the physician who the state DOH says put thousands of patients at risk by reusing syringes, has settled a medical malpractice lawsuit with a Syosset man who claimed he got hepatitis C in the doctor's office. The financial settlement marks the first resolution of several lawsuits filed after a DOH investigation found that Peter Mattmuller, 66, had been infected in Finkelstein's office. The lawsuit contended that the infection occurred because Finkelstein us
